Manager, Business Science & Analytics



We are looking for a Business Science, Manager to join our team, responsible for ensuring smooth delivery of brilliant client analytics while managing small team of analysts.


Your Impact:

Utilizing your analytical and decision making abilities, you will ensure best practice analytics across other MediaCom market teams while driving new and innovative working practices. More specifically, you’ll

  • Liaise with markets to obtain good quality media data
  • Assist in developing tools at both entry and expert level
  • Work as part of the development team with Microsoft to develop the SP tool on 20|20
  • Produce training materials and help local teams with support
  • Work on global new business to obtain absolute best from products for showcase opportunities
  • Support client teams in using and understanding the tools
  • Demonstrate the tool to clients when required
  • Help to upsell Business Science projects for bespoke client calibration
  • Lead community of interest on intranet site by stimulating conversations and circulating best practice examples
  • Monitor usage by country and pro-actively check-in when usage drops
  • Assess problem situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant information, generate possible solutions, and make recommendations
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned


Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field; or equivalent professional work experience
  • Strong understanding of marketing, systems planning, and the dynamic/diverse nature of how media creates an impact
