Director, Business Science & Analytics

Overview:

We are looking for a Director, Business Science & Analytics to join our team, responsible for managing marketing mix modeling and other analytics solutions to support portfolio of accounts.

 

Your Impact:

Utilizing your analytical skills and competitive drive, you will act as a key interface for clients and have a large share of client interaction while providing analytics support. More specifically, you’ll

  • Provide on-going analytical support utilizing marketing mix modeling, forecasting, and custom analytic approaches to address a wide variety of client issues, including media and new products
  • Present to clients and prospective clients on results of current projects as well as new business opportunities
  • Work on-site with the client, when appropriate
  • Manage projects that primarily focus on the impact and/or ROI of media and marketing activities
  • Work with client marketing insight and marketing professionals to make recommendations based on analyses and experience
  • Develop, train, and guide team, including Analysts, Sr. Analysts, and Managers
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

 

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field; or equivalent professional work experience
  • Graduate degree is a plus
  • 5+ years’ experience in statistical and econometric analysis, with emphasis in the area of Marketing Mix Analysis
  • Experience with advanced analytic techniques, including multivariate regression analysis, Bayesian shrinkage, predictive modeling, logistic regression, factor analysis, sales forecasting, response prediction, advertising effectiveness, consumer profiling, market mix, and ROI measurement
  • Fluency in SAS, SPSS, R or any other advanced analytics software package
  • Experience with Business Intelligence and Data Mining Applications a must
  • Experience in Media ROI Optimization Consulting required
