About the Team:

Mediacom Creative Systems is a new kind of creative activation shop, at the intersection of brand, performance, and emerging media. We collaborate with brands who want to innovate and produce breakthrough campaigns that earn attention and inspire action, providing brand & content strategy, full-service creative production, influencer marketing, consumer engagement and dynamic creative.

About the Role:

We’re looking for looking for the next evolution of a PROJECT MANAGER help guide award winning high-impact media activations to life.

An organizational ninja, a maestro of coordination – this new evolution PM needs to be the heart beat of our multi-million dollar media activations.  Working on one of our biggest and most prestigious accounts, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of our media activations ranging from live events, to influencer activations to film/content initiatives.  

This is not your typical role. We’re looking for someone who has a dynamic background managing creative activations or media projects – with an uncanny ability to bring multiple parties together.. You’ll be the central connection point between our internal teams (strategy + planning + creative) media partners (ie. Warner Media, Disney, Uninterrupted) and clients.  . The idea candidate should have experience building out project roadmaps, managing creative trafficking and leading multi-disciplinary teams – experience with production is a plus.

The PM role is a mid-level role that will report to the head of the account + head of business operations.

What you’ll do:

  • 50% - Project management
  • 20% - Media partner/talent liaison
  • 20% - Client liaison
  • 10%- Creative/Asset Trafficking

Your Qualifications:

  • 6+ years in a PM or Producer role, ideally at least 2 in an agency or media publisher
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Ability to write and manage project timelines
  • Experience managing different types of projects (ie. Events, digital, commercial, film, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills
