Senior Associate, Buy Enablement






We are looking for a Buy Enablement, Senior Associate to join our team, responsible for campaign activation, campaign maintenance, and actualization on new and existing strategies, as well as timely reconciliation of all digital delivery.


Your Impact:

Utilizing your strong communication and multitasking skills, you will partner with internal teams to support clients and bring their newest media campaigns to market. More specifically, you’ll

  • Ensure proper set-up and execution of all digital ad campaigns
  • Train new hires in the various systems and processes used in Buy Enablement
  • Liaise between the media team and media operations department
  • Monitor monthly budgets of various clients
  • Confirm summaries of monthly reconciliation
  • Pull 3rd party reports to confirm that media buys are executed
  • Establish and document Buy Enablement processes and best practices
  • Work with various internal teams to update and create processes for streamlining campaign activation and management
  • Provide guidance to Buy Enablement Associates on best practices for working in Prisma and Bangle, actualization process, and working with various teams to achieve successful campaign launch
  • Assist Buy Enablement team in managing workload and providing support to media teams for issues related to campaign management/activation
  • Review campaigns in Prisma prior to pushing to ad server and traffic/creative instructions prior to submitting to the Ad Operations team per media team’s direction
  • Make sure IO’s are current and up-to-date, as well venders accepting them
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned


Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications; or equivalent professional work experience
  • 1-2 years’ relevant job experience required
  • Previous Internship experience in Advertising, Marketing, or Communications Planning
  • Quick learner of Prisma, Bangle, and DoubleClick Digital Marketing
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint – advanced proficiency with Excel
