The role: 

You will work with client directors and local market leadership to interrogate the scope for DCO - identify tech and partner’s needs, messaging and audience planning across all channels, in order to deliver a more complete personal relevance story for our clients

You will work with our DCO production partners and other key stakeholders to drive outputs and ensure that that creative and media are aligned for the right ads to be produced, put on the internet, and measured according to the testing plan


The detail:


Primarily, the addressable integrator will coordinate and manage the complexity of delivering a cross-channel DCO campaigns. Additionally, the responsibilities include:


  • Defining the client-specific approach to addressable creative, identifying what DCO means for the client business, and how it should be used to support marketing objectives across channels
  • Educating client team on addressable landscape, drive understanding through workshops 
  • Helping to refine and clarify, and interpret client briefs 
  • Driving and build the messaging matrix alongside audience planning and insights
  • Ensuring that the matrix and DCO brief fulfill all needs to strategically inform successful creative execution, media delivery and measurement
  • Operate as a single point of contact for key milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely and accurate delivery 
  • Merchandise success across their internal organization and within the industry 
  • Evaluating campaign learnings to inform future efforts, including testing opportunities
  • Partnering with key agency stakeholders to become an expert in the client/s business to best apply DCO to meet brand/business goals 
  • Partnering with our DCO production partners to fully understand capabilities to be able to evangelize and drive campaign coordination and management 
  • Educating team on DCO capabilities and opportunities 


Key experience and behaviours:


  • You will have a hands-on practical knowledge of how to deliver an end-to end DCO project on time and on budget
  • You will be experienced in managing client relationships and be able to simplify and manage a complicated digital workflow from end to end
  • You will have a deep understanding of data-driven digital content, and how to optimise this area to positively impact the outcomes of digital media campaigns and support broader brand and commercial objectives 
  • Collaborative - consultative partnering with clients, account teams and partners
