How to apply 

Step 1. Video and Cover Letter

Create a 1-minute application video answering the below questions:
Upload it to Vimeo (password protected)

  • Tell us something interesting about your life.
  • What are you passionate about?

Include the link to your Vimeo video (don’t forget to include the password!) on your Cover Letter. Your Cover Letter should be 1 paragraph (no more than 200 words) in which you tell us why you are passionate about working for MediaCom.

Step 2. Applied

We use a platform called Applied to review your suitability, so rather than basing our decision on a CV we’ll ask you to complete a short online application allowing you to demonstrate your skills and raw talent. This is a requirement as part of the application process.

Step 3. Complete GDPR form

If you are invited to our assessment day we will be required to take your picture, please give your consent to your photo being taken.

What is the MediaCom Early Talent Scheme & How does it work?

It is a bespoke scheme which lasts between 12 and 18 months and is designed to produce the leaders of the future. The programme is tailored to you as an individual and your skills. You will have the opportunity to spend time in different departments such as planning, buying or digital. We will support your learning and development throughout the scheme. We offer the opportunity to study either a Project Management or Digital Marketer qualification, giving you valuable skills and creating specialists.

What training does the Scheme offer?

Execs will take part in a goal setting sessions and appraisals regularly throughout the scheme and will be encouraged to attend internal training.

The training programme has been designed to develop you and ensure you make excellent connections within the agency. All Execs will have a buddy, a previous Exec who is currently on, or graduated from the Exec Scheme. There will also be regular check-ins with the Future Talent manager and participation in an annual project and charity event.

At the end of the programme, we will work with you to match you to the right job for you within the agency.

We are looking for a variety of attributes in a candidate.  You could be a recent graduate or school leaver or perhaps you are considering a career in media for the first time. We just want to see that you have a great mind and a real commitment to be a great MediaCom citizen.
