Mediacom Sport & Entertainment is an integrated partnerships and brand engagement division of MediaCom. Our aim is to ensure our client’s partnership activities are impactful, accountable and aligned with their wider communications objectives to drive maximum success and efficiency from sponsorship as a key component of the communication system. MediaCom S&E is a specialist team that sits within the Creative Systems division of MediaCom. The division’s primary focus is to provide solutions, services and consultancy for clients that delivers relevance across their partnerships and wider marketing activity. We ensure that all activities and campaigns are successful across the 3 pillars of platform, personal and cultural relevance and activated through an integrated approach across a number of disciplines including sports & entertainment, gaming, Branded entertainment, influencer marketing, SEO, DCO, content and creative.
We work closely with the wider MediaCom business and client teams to deliver full-service media, content and partnership solutions that create relevancy through culture for clients, linked to their brand and business objectives.

The Role Objective
As an Account Executive within the Sport & Entertainment team, you will play a key role in supporting our clients and business in delivering impactful, industry-leading and award-winning partnerships.
You will work in a fast-paced and energetic agency environment, supporting the team across a number of MediaCom’s leading clients, such as Uber, adidas, Toyota, eBay, Sky and others. You will understand the basics of cultural partnerships and gain a broad understanding of how brands use this space to achieve their brand and business objectives to reach their target audiences. A natural ability to juggle multiple projects and workstreams is a must, as is an enthusiastic and can-do attitude.
You need to have a passion for sport and entertainment and a curious nature to understand and immerse yourself in the world of sport, entertainment and wider culture. You will have exposure to the broader MediaCom Creative Systems team, client teams and other stakeholders to unearth & develop business challenges into solutions that will not only drive our client’s business forward but also offers commercial opportunity for MediaCom. You will be curious, passionate, enthusiastic and ultimately indispensable to the client and their business.
You will be integral to ensuring that the output from the team is of consistent high quality and have the opportunity to build your knowledge and research of the sports & ents partnerships space.
