The role:
The core objective of this role is to deliver excellent work for our client TCCC (Coca Cola) as part of the European team to develop compelling entertainment partnerships to form part of our winder strategy & planning across the year.
The Entertainment Partnerships Director will serve as a senior member of the EU TCCC team but as part of the Creative Systems Global team. The client work will be 100% retained on TCCC pan regionally and
The ideal candidate for this role must have a deep understanding and perspective on Entertainment, with a good level of contacts at some of the major players in these fields, or at least a good understanding of how they operate both creatively and commercially. Alongside this, the candidate will also need a strong understanding and extensive experience of media, publisher and platform partnerships in addition to partnering with entertainment companies with good business acumen. Brand to brand partnerships will also form part of the role, with a view to bringing together WPP clients co co-create, co-market or co-innovate.
Are you able to articulate why a music partnership differs from a tv or sport partnership? Or the different outcomes of an ad funded program vs a sponsorship or co-created branded video? Are you also able to manage property, brand, and inter-agency relations at once in a commanding and calm manner? Are you able to develop creative ideas, pitch enthusiastically, close and negotiate complex and high value deals? Do you have the gravitas to present to senior clients and stakeholders, sometimes outside of your direct responsibilities?

The role won’t mean working alone, you will have support from senior department leaders, peers, team support and a multitude of stakeholders in Mediacom across planning, data, investment, commercial, legal and more.
