Business Science Associate Director

At Mediacom our Business Science Associate Directors are experts in their field and take overall responsibility for the delivery of brilliant client analysis. Managing a small team of analysts you will be responsible for coaching and developing them so they maximise their potential. You will contribute to the growth of Business Science by taking a lead in commercial aspects of projects and representing Business Science in new business pitches.

We are seeking someone to ensure the smooth running of client analytics projects, end to end. You will ensure the overall delivery of client analysis projects and drive the team to produce completing data processing and econometric modelling correctly and efficiently

As the Associate Director we would look for you to drive integration with all other MediaCom departments. Ensure all commercial aspects of project are completed as required, contributing to the departments income targets and represent Business Science in new business pitches.

Ideally we are seeking someone with the following skills:  

  • Knowledge of Market Mix Modelling (essential)
  • Solid knowledge of typical tools and techniques used in marketing analytics
  • Media and Marketing industry would be advantegous
  • Advanced MS Office
  • Advanced Eviews or other statistical software package
  • Advanced programming language preferential
  • Strong communicator and influencer, able to deal with challenging people and senior client situations
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Keen attention to detail, a questioning mindset
  • Calm under pressure and able to juggle multiple projects/clients
