Global Associate Design Director
The global Marketing team is integral to the growth of our business. As such, it is fastpaced, challenging and offers people the chance to experience all facets of MediaCom.
It is our responsibility to market MediaCom to clients, prospects, journalists and the wider industry as well as promote MediaCom as the thought leader in the media industry through a distinct and/or differentiated point of view.
In this role you will operate in our global marketing design team to support the Global Business Development team in the design and production of all new business collateral and artwork including presentation, print and digital outputs.
You will provide design support to Global New Business team during game-changing pitches, and work closely with the wider network of in-house designers to create best-in-class work.
Who are we looking for
This role would be perfect for someone who wants to get into an amazing agency network, but also have the freedom to be as creative as they wish. You will need to be comfortable working independently to execute creative duties and comfortable taking Art Direction to execute designs. Ideally you will have proven experience in a similar role or company and you will need to have a strong portfolio brimming with pitch and marketing design projects, specifically PowerPoint presentations, booklets and pitch documents. Owing to the pivotal nature of the role and team, we'll need you to be organised and efficient with a keen attention to detail.
We're looking for someone who can bring enthusiasm and excitement to the role, as well as being able to effectively communicate and build relationships across all levels and time zones.
