Job Title: Facilities Coordinator

Reports To: Hard Services Manager

Department: Facilities

Location:  London     

Job Purpose:

  • Assist with coordinating all Facilities Management (FM) functions across MediaCom’s London Corporate offices
  • Provide support to Hard and Soft Service Managers
  • Aid with the smooth running of the department

 

Accountabilities & Activities:

  • Ensure Facilities Department Policy and Procedures are stored in accordance with MediaCom’s Data Strategy
  • Administrative support for all property contracts, regularly ensuring that key information is kept up to date
  • Assisting with the daily upkeep of the building, supporting the Hard and Soft Services Managers where appropriate
  • Provide Facilities first line support to MediaCom, Visitors and Clients
  • Admin of environmental and health & safety matters on site

 

Qualifications and Training:

  • Working towards BIFM Membership
  • Experience of working in an office environment
  • Experience of working as part of a team
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in the similar role

 

Judgement Skills:

  • The post holder will require the ability to work on their own initiative and expected to work through issues and problems
  • A strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work with residents and deal with issues and problems
