The Team

 

This is an opportunity to join our international team working on advertising campaigns for our Bose and Bucherer clients. The team is small, friendly and dynamic, with a heavy digital focus. We work hard, but with an emphasis on showing each other empathy and having a lot of fun. This role is unique in that you will have opportunities to plan and buy across digital, while overseeing planning for social, search and traditional channels. We are looking for an executive to come and join our growing team based in London and working from.

 

The Role: 

 

You’ll be responsible for the setting up and monitoring advertising campaigns – following a quality assurance process to deliver a successful campaign. You will work closely with the rest of the team to prepare performance review presentations and proof of execution reviews. There will be the opportunity to participate in publisher calls discussing campaign results and feeding into future campaign strategies. You’ll manage the booking and reconciliation of campaigns with partners and liaise with the relevant Finance teams when adjustments are required. You’ll learn how to use a range of bespoke Mediacom Media and Finance planning tools and have the opportunity to attend training workshops to help develop your media expertise.  You’ll work closely with the planner and your manager to help develop your skills and mentor you through the different milestones within your role. In 3 months you will have:

Become proficient in campaign bookings, be able to manage budgets against a plan, pull together a Post Campaign Review.

 

In 6 months you will have:

Become proficient in campaign sets up and managing proof of execution, solid working knowledge of the media landscape in relation to the accounts you work on, be able to understand how to apply campaign goals based on campaign objectives.

 

Where you’ll be at the end of your first year:

Be fully trained as a Media exec and have the opportunity to start developing your own media plans and campaigns. Have the ability to do competitive reviews and run audience research to apply insights into planning. Oversee connected execution deliverables and expand on digital knowledge across the media landscape.
