SCOPE OF THE ROLE

The ideal candidate will join a MediaCom Beyond Advertising team, working on the delivery of branded entertainment projects. He/she will have a chance to improve competencies in the field of branded entertainment and project management and will contribute to the successful management of the Agency Clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Following the entire process of branded entertainment projects being communicated through various channels (TV, digital&social, print, radio, on-the-ground)
  • Applying digital tools and analysis to deliver specific metrics in collaboration with Strategy team
  • Collaboration with all MBA’s stakeholders: internal and external to the Agency
  • Together with the team, updating departmental data base, case studies and tracking expenses/revenues
  • Managing the clients’ requests
  • Managing reminders and deadlines of projects

DESIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND TECHNICAL COMPETENCES

  • Already working in a media agency, digital agency, production house, media owner
  • Strongly interested in media
  • Great at project management of entertainment projects (2 years experience in this field is required)
  • Able to manage high level of daily stress 
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Excellent organization skills, precision and attention to details
  • Creative, resourceful, self-starter with great energy and dynamic approach
  • Good numerical and analytical skills
  • University degree, preferably in Marketing, Communication or Economics
  • Professional level of MsOffice (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
