About the Role
Our Global L&D, People Projects Coordinator supports the team in the growth and transformation of our people across the MediaCom network, to drive People First, Better results for our business and our clients.
Your main focus will be supporting the day-to-day running of the Global L&D Team with first-class administrative support. A typical day could include managing our Global L&D inbox, uploading and editing content in our Learning Management System (LMS), analysing and reporting on LMS usage data, liaising with one of our many key stakeholders, survey building or a spot of proofreading!
We have a busy agenda and we have a number of transformational people projects on our roadmap, which means you’ll also get involved in supporting on a number projects - coordinating diaries and working across a number of cross functional teams/stakeholders and external training partners, allowing you to get involved in the project coordination (from tracking of timelines/deliverables to helping to produce content and communications).
No day is the same – you’ll work within a forward-thinking team, collaborating with a passionate team on a variety of tasks and initiatives, and mastering a range of tools and technology.
To be successful in this role, you will need the perfect blend of first-class administrator experience and strong project coordination skills. You are passionate about people and culture, with a people-first mentality. You may be early on in your career or taking your first step into a career focused on L&D.
Your keen interest in transformational learning and employee experience means that you’re always asking questions and embracing opportunities for your own growth. You will be an expert influencer and can make things happen across teams and departments, with the ability to establish effective relationships and communicate effectively across a wide range of stakeholders.
You keep the team running! So must be a natural multitasker. You are efficient, organized, and comfortable managing several tasks at pace. You bring a keen attention to detail to your work and think one step ahead of the teams’ needs. You are a fluent technology user, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint, who is ready and willing to expand your toolbox to include SharePoint, eLearning authoring tools (Articulate), our LMS and more.
This role provides the experience to develop and progress your career (with growth opportunities both upwards and sideways) in the L&D world, whether that’s in Instructional Design, Digital learning design or facilitating training.
