The role: 


The Coca-Cola (TCCC) Engagement Manager is the daily contact responsible for interaction and liaison between clients and regional hub and local teams.


This role is very focused on Global client management, strategic planning, managing the delivery of hub locations, local markets and working as part of an integrated agency team.


The role requires working with a client team made up of a range of key disciplines that help us deliver a top class service to Coca-Cola: Account Management, Regional Operating Units and Performance Hubs, Operations, Comms Planning, Investment, Data & Analytics and digital.


This role will focus on the following aspects:

  • The role involves working closely on communications planning, project management, delivery, and reporting.
  • A primary geographical focus is the managing of all European MediaCom markets

The detail:


As the Global Engagement Manager, your key responsibilities include:


  • Consolidation and analysis of relevant TCCC information – consumer insights,  competitive strategies, media research, target audience segmentation against relevant touch points 
  • Manage process with briefing hub teams, local teams, providing TCCC adapted global guidance, client sell-in/approval
  • Champion Regionalized Operating Model across the Network – provide guidance on Media delivery to Regional and Local teams
  • Oversee project delivery across markets providing regular updates to clients.
  • Liaise with the broader OpenX and other stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met and ensuring a smooth process during campaign planning
  • Oversee Charter and JBP reporting and translate into insights, and case studies to facilitate knowledge sharing
  • Coordination of financial reporting and updates – liaise with the finance team at MediaCom and the client to ensure reports are up to date and accurate
