About the role

Data Strategy involves transforming the way our clients think about, organize and orchestrate data & technology to deliver more timely, engaging and meaningful brand experience for their customers. This involves thinking through their overall design of their ad stack, how they capture, manage and segment audience data, how they augment this with strategic partnerships, the shape of their reporting data pipeline and the things that need to flow through it, right down to the policies they need to adopt to govern the management of their data in a safe and compliant way.

This particular role will be leading data strategy services across audience strategy, data partnerships and ad tech consulting across two of our most exciting brand accounts.

We would like you to be a key contributor to their digital transformation agenda and drive more data-driven audience approach of campaigns and marketing executions.

Some of the thing's we'd like you to do:

  • Acting as the agency partner for the digital transformation team and head of media and leading the day-to-day for audience targeting and data management strategy.
  • Driving the integration of their customer data into cross-channel campaign planning and activation.
  • Leading the implementation of audience segmentation across addressable channels and a test & learn program to track business impact.
  • Partnering and coordinating with other departments (notably Planning, Activation, Ad Operations, Analytics) to respond to brief, bring to life data-driven campaigns and monitor results.
  • Identifying and assessing relevant data partners and identity solutions in the market, to help clients and internal teams navigate through evaluations and onboarding.
  • Driving the adoption of data-led creative solutions in collaboration with the agency creative & ad tech teams as well as third-party vendors.
  • Supporting stakeholders with recommendations on the changing privacy landscape and its implications for their organization.
  • Managing and guiding the development of a manager and collaborating on projects.

A bit about yourself:

Required Expertise:

  • 5+ year’s experience in audience management, programmatic or ad tech consultancy.
  • A working knowledge of advertising technology, including ad-serving DSP, and data/customer management platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable with large datasets: You must be able to analyze raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Experience within the Google Marketing Platform, in particular, DV360, Google Analytics, Campaign Manager, and Google Ads.
  • Able to provide clear consultation on ad tech solutions strategy and investment.
  • Experience with line management, demonstrable skills in guiding the development of direct reports.


  • Ability to understand the big picture, how data strategy workstreams contribute to business success.
  • A positive attitude to ambiguity, tackling problems with a structured approach.
  • Highly developed interpersonal, team building and relationship management skills, including the ability to build good relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Exhibiting a ‘can do’ attitude, curiosity and resilience.
  • Strong project management skills: taking ownership, collaborating with others and committed to achieving results.


  • Experience with large client’s customers database and integration in marketing & advertising.
  • Experience with CDPs such as Treasure Data, Bloomreach, Adobe Audience, Teavaro’s etc.
  • Experience with Dynamic Creative Optimization either in programmatic and/or social environments.
  • Experience with App technologies such as SDK, main Mobile Measurement Partners (Appsflyer, Adjust) and prerequisites for activation campaigns.
