The Opportunity with McKinstry

McKinstry is looking for a Client Operations Manager to support our growing PNW Facility Operations team in Seattle, WA. This position is responsible for managing client operations for a portfolio of Mobile Service or Facility Operations accounts, ensuring reliable service delivery and client communication. Responsible for team program management and driving best-in-class deliverables. Partners actively with McKinstry business lines to identify, develop, and grow annuity and new sales opportunities within assigned accounts. Additional responsibilities may include:

  • Program management (team workload, recruiting, hiring, developing, planning

  • Client deliverable review/generation across Mobile Service or Facility Operations

  • Building data acquisition, analysis, and client reporting

  • Drive best-in-class deliverables and standards for team

  • Partner with McKinstry teams to identify annuity opportunities; support development and closing of new sales within accounts

  • Mentor & elevate Specialist and Lead staff

  • Participate in on-call support 24/7

 

What You Need To Succeed at McKinstry:

  • Advanced understanding of building systems and controls across Mobile Service or Facility Operations

  • Experience with visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, PowerBI)

  • Strong proactive and escalation communicator (internal and external)

  • Ability to lead/delegate project responsibilities

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and develop annuity and new sales opportunities; partner effectively with BD teams

  • Project Management / Leadership Skills

  • Technical Degree / Bachelor's in Data / CS / Engineering (desired)

  • Relevant Work Experience Required

  • 3–5+ years industry experience; Controls preferred

The pay range for this position is $93,600 - $163,400 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location.
