Territory Manager

 

Summary

Your primary role as Territory Manager is as follows:

 

This position is responsible for training with top level Regional Parts Sales Managers and executing our three prong strategy within your own region of dealers to ensure growth:

 

  1. Convert business to Rapidparts
  • Regain lost business
  • Convert existing opportunities
  • Introduce new products
  1. Help dealers improve internal operations
  • Learning how dealers work and guiding them for advances
  • Sales, Service, Parts Training
  1. Help dealers sell more
  • Marketing support
  • Sales and Strategy support

 

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree Job Experience: 0-2 years Specific Skills:

  • An ideal candidate would be a self-motivator who is passionate about achieving personal and company sales goals.
  • Exemplary communication skills, which include the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing.
  • Effective at setting up and leading presentations / meetings.
  • Ability to work effectively as an independent and as part of a team.
  • Extremely well organized.
  • Results and detail oriented.
  • Self-disciplined to stay on task and manage time.
  • Ability to determine actionable conclusions from data analysis.
  • Ability to travel.
