Sr. Production Scheduling Analyst
This role operates within Supply Chain and Manufacturing where constant communication is required to prevent production disruption and track our progress toward our business plan (BP) goals. The Sr. Analyst will be required to maintain the master production schedule while considering supplier lead times, production capacity, and orders volume as well as oversee the Work In Process conditions and statuses of the shop orders. The Sr. Analyst will also be responsible for communication between Sales teams and the Manufacturing teams on large and high priority orders to ensure our shipment commitments are achieved. This role also includes repetitive daily scheduling of orders and the management of information on several systems.
Required Knowledge / Skills / Experience / Certifications / Licenses
7 to 10 years’ experience
MS Office skills--specifically Excel (vlookups, pivot tables,
charts, formulas, etc) and Powerpoint
Effectively communicate with and engage with all levels of the
organization verbally and in writing
Ability to work effectively in cross-departmental functions
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to present in group meeting environments and lead
Good organizational skills
Desired Knowledge / Skills / Experience / Certifications / Licenses
3-5 years’ experience in supply chain or manufacturing
BPCS LX business system experience
Experience using an MRP or planning system
Experience with IBM Cognos Analytics
