Key Account Coordinator
- Develop relationship with corporate accounts and identify accounts with upsell opportunity, when designated as main point of contact. Regularly update data in Salesforce for accurate forecasting.
- Fulfill non-digital orders for McClatchy-owned accounts.
- Collaborate with Ad Operations in order to ensure that each order is entered and fulfilled accurately.
- Provide results of a campaign to McClatchy’s lead contact in order that they can inform the client of the campaign success -- including reporting, tearsheets/e-tears and affidavits, as needed.
- Back up for Preprint workflow, ordering, internal/external scheduling, reports, affidavits, billing and addressing issues.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining the highest level of accuracy.
- Deep understanding of our distribution system and procedures.
- Regularly update data in Salesforce for accurate forecasting.
