Product Owner - Subscription Platform

As our Product Owner, leading our Subscription Platform team, you will collaborate with product managers, architects, and software engineers to deliver scalable software solutions to delight our customers. You will execute our product vision by setting business priorities for the development team and maintaining a clean product and sprint backlog,

Location:  The preferred location is Raleigh NC, however, we may be open to work remotely


  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to assess value and deliver the most important roadmap items first
  • Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally between Product, UX, Development, and business stakeholders
  • Participate in release planning and support release execution as needed
  • Document release notes to be shared within the organization to inform all employees of upcoming changes to the platform
  • Work with stakeholders to define requirements of new features
  • Maintain a prioritized backlog to feed the development team
  • Provide assistance in troubleshooting end user issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Break down high level requirements into epics, features, and user stories
  • Lead and facilitate various agile ceremonies
  • Analyze existing processes, procedures, and platforms for opportunities for growth-- feel empowered to take ownership and speak out!


  • 1-3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, or Business Analyst
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- you’ll be working with global teams so clear communication is key
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Familiarity with Agile software development and willingness to learn more, preferred
