Assist in assembling electrical panels, cable trays, conduit runs, and junction boxes.
Support layout and installation of conduit runs per shop standards.
Attention to safety, detail, and quality.
Team-focused.

- Reliable: show up on time and eager to perform every day.
- Be professional when communicating with all team members.
- Write Task Hazard Analysis (THA) to prevent/mitigate injuries.
- Identify potential safety hazards as they arise.
- Clearly understand and follow work plans.
Communicate inconsistencies/issues to a supervisor immediately.
Take pride in the work while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Follow facility safety procedures when using materials and equipment.
- Material/Tool handling.
- Perform repetitive tasks effectively.
- Possess a valid Driver’s License
- Competent with technology. (i.e., iPad, applications, computer systems).
- Maintain a clean work area with daily clean-up of the shop.
- Operate warehouse equipment once trained.
- Work outdoors from time to time.
- Available to work overtime and/or weekends when needed.
