Position Overview 
The Senior Commercial Analyst will play a crucial role in driving our company's strategic decisions by analyzing market trends, financial data, and performance metrics. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who is adept at turning data into insights and is passionate about contributing to our company's success. 
 
Key Responsibility Areas 
  • Inform commercial strategy and decision making through impactful research and insights.
  • Monitor health of business and identify areas for growth and improvement.
  • Coordinate internal data strategy to ensure analytical needs can be met.
 
Specific Responsibilities 
  • Analyze sales data, prescription trends, and market share to evaluate the performance of our drug portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to assess the commercial viability of new products and support lifecycle management of existing products, and measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Liaise between team leads and Business Intelligence to ensure organization’s data needs are being met.
  • Develop financial models and conduct scenario analysis to inform pricing strategies and market access plans.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting market insights, potential opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
  • Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with broader business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications 
  • Bachelors degree in finance, business, economics or related area required
  • Minimum 2 years experience in analytical or similar role
  • A background in healthcare, life sciences, or pharmacy is highly desirable.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Physical Requirements 
  • Occasional travel required (up to 10%)
