Position Overview 
This position will provide financial business partnering support for the Women’s Health business unit. This support will include weekly and monthly management reporting, routine forecasting, and budget processes. In addition, this role will participate in finance-related projects as necessary. 
 
Key Responsibility Areas 
· Departmental Interface: Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Sales Ops, Accounting, and Supply Chain, to ensure accuracy in forecasting, reporting, and accruals 
· Financial Analysis: Analyze financial results for the Women’s Health BU in partnership with the leadership team for accuracy, determining variance drivers and writing performance commentary; perform trend and sensitivity analyses to determine potential impacts to business results; partner with business units to plan accordingly 
· Forecasting: Liaise with business partners on forecasts while striving to understand, validate, and challenge market assumptions. 
 
Specific Responsibilities 
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 
· Assist in the preparation of the monthly financial presentations for the Women’s Health portfolio, including units, gross sales, gross-to-net, COGS, and margin. 
· Provide variance explanations on the normal monthly reporting deadlines as well as for half year and annual reporting 
· Develop and monitor relevant trends/events impacting the business and incorporate this information into forecasts and analysis 
· Liaise with the leadership team to provide the necessary guidance on product trends and outlook 
· Liaise with the finance team to understand and explain items impacting the overall business financial statements 
· Support the preparation and analysis of the budget and assisting in the preparation of the consolidated budget presentations 
· Support other finance projects as necessary

Preferred Qualifications 
· Working towards Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting required 
· Strong Excel modeling skills and the ability to create professional presentations 
· Experience with management reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting 
· Experience integrating data from multiple data sources to support analytics (e.g., Power Bi) 
· Experience with budgeting, forecasting and consolidation tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Hyperion, OneStream) 
· Experience with Tier I or Tier II ERP tools
