About the Role:  
 
As a Business Analyst Intern at Mayne Pharma, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. You will work closely with our Sales Operations Manager and cross-functional teams to support various projects aimed at optimizing sales processes, analyzing data, and driving business insights.  
 
  
 
Responsibilities:  
 
Retrieve and analyze sales data to support ongoing projects and initiatives.  
 
Assist in measuring sales response curves for sales activities and conducting sampling analysis.  
 
Collaborate with the Sales Operations team to segment our customer base to enhance customer targeting.  
 
Work on developing a method to measure and score sales activities to derive insights that enhance sales performance.  
 
  
 
Skills Required:  
 
Strong analytical skills with the ability to retrieve and analyze data from various sources.  
 
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.  
 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
 
Detail-oriented with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.  
 
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
 
Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.  
 
  
 
Potential Projects:  
 
Measuring sales response curves for sales activities and conducting sampling analysis.  
 
Segmentation of customer base for targeting purposes.  
 
Developing a method to measure and score field coaching reports.  
 
Marketing-related project (e.g., assisting in analyzing marketing campaign effectiveness, conducting market research, developing customer personas).  
 
Note: Projects will be assigned based on applicants' skill sets and interests.  
 
  
 
Requirements:  
 
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Business, Economics, Pharmacy, or related field.  
 
Availability to work full-time during the internship period.  
 
Ability to commute to the Raleigh office.  
 
Basic understanding of sales operations and data analysis concepts is a plus.  
 
Proficiency or exposure to Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau or SQL is a plus but not required.
