Position Overview     
The Trade Relations Manager is responsible for partnering with independent retail pharmacies to improve patient access of Mayne Pharma’s dermatology products. This role will act as a primary contact with partner and non-partnered pharmacies.   
   
Key Responsibility Areas:   
  • Access Support: Partners with network pharmacies and wholesalers to ensure improved patient access to Mayne Pharma’s promoted products.
  • Customer Liaison: Manage and support the development of business relationships with retail/independent pharmacies and key prescribing offices to improve patient and office experience with pharmacy partners.
  • Experience Management: Acts as primary contact for pharmacies when reimbursement, copay card, or supply issues arise. Similarly, supports pharmacy partners when local access or coverage issues surface.

Specific Responsibilities
   
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:   
  • Conducts business meetings both in and out of pharmacy network to improve partnership between healthcare practitioners and pharmacy staff with the goal of improving patient access across Mayne Pharma’s product offerings
  • Provides feedback to our Trade, Managed Care, and Regional Sales Manager team regarding local and regional opportunities
  • Provides as needed training to local sales teams based on strategic or specific operational needs
  • Identify, onboard, and monitor pharmacy partners to expand our channel offerings to customers
  • Reports to Director of Trade Relations
  • Gather meaningful business insights from established relationships and provide analysis to the business unit
  • Comply with all laws and regulations and act with integrity in the use of assigned Mayne Pharma assets

Preferred Qualifications:   
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 5+ years of experience required in pharmaceutical sales
   
Other Requirements:   
  • Overnight travel (up to 50%) is required
  • Frequent talking, hearing, visual acuity (detail/accuracy), and repetitive motion
