Lead Food Service Team Member

Starting pay: $19.36 - $21.36/hr. with both career and growth opportunities!

Shift: This is a full-time opportunity.

As a Lead Food Service Team Member, you’ll lead by example, support your team, and help deliver fresh food and exceptional customer service. You’ll keep food service operations running smoothly while ensuring the kitchen is clean, organized, and ready to serve.

About the Job:

• Champion GET: Model and reinforce Maverik’s GET (Greet, Engage, and Thank) customer service expectations, helping Team Members consistently deliver a friendly, welcoming, and exceptional customer experience.
• Leadership & Team Support: Be a leader and team player as you conduct orientation and training for Team Members, ensuring proper and safe food preparation.
• Renowned Customer Service: Provide friendly, helpful customer service and create a positive experience for every customer.
• Food Preparation & Display: Prepare and cook delicious Maverik Bonfire food items by following our carefully crafted recipes and maintaining enticing food displays.

Physical Requirements:

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
