IT Help Desk Support Specialist (Hybrid Workplace) We are immediately hiring for a Help Desk Support Specialist to support our in-house IT department in North Little Rock, AR which includes remote and onsite users. If your background includes computer science and information technology and you have excellent customer service skills, please apply!

Responsibilities

  • Manages all Maverick Help Desk IT requests.
  • Coordinates communication between end-user and Maverick’s IT department.
  • Diagnoses and resolves hardware and software issues.

Duties:

  • Computer Helpdesk Support – Ability to provide phone, online, and in-person helpdesk support.
  • PC Hardware Support – support, troubleshooting and installation.
  • Software Support, troubleshooting and installation.
  • Maintain and grow professional knowledge by attending appropriate in-person and online training classes.
  • Ability to write technical documentation to measure helpdesk performance and create awareness of reoccurring issues.
