Human Resources Coordinator We are immediately hiring for a Human Resources Coordinator within our Human Resources Department. If your background or education includes benefits administration, training and you have excellent customer service skills, please apply! 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Maintains a high level of professionalism and customer service, while assisting with distributing all phone calls to the correct person or department.
  • Maintain benefit records in HRIS system by auditing integrated enrollments, manually entering benefit changes or updates, and work with third party vendors to review monthly audits and new enrollment files to ensure accurate records, and assisting with annual open enrollment.
  • Assist with weekly preparation of benefit orientation class including uploading PRE to EBM, auditing I9s in HIRETech, and printing weekly PRE and Graduation certificates.
  • Responsible for sending out correct employee anniversary announcements, ordering necessary anniversary plaques, sending email bulletins and print name plates.
  • Responsible taking/editing new employee photos, updating the network, and making ID badges for employees.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 
Broad knowledge of such fields as accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc. Equivalent to a four-year college degree, plus 6 to 12 months related experience and/or training, and 1 to 6 months related management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
