Inventory Control Manager We are hiring immediately for an Inventory Control Manager within our Maintenance Department. If your background or education includes managerial experience, excellent customer service skills, inventory control and providing clerical support to the maintenance department, please apply! 

Responsibilities:

  • Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizations policies and applicable laws to include managing, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, coaching, counseling, rewarding, disciplining addressing complaints and resolving problems as they arise. 
  • Develops inventory program through use of maintenance software program to ensure inventory levels, quality purchasing practices, negotiating pricing, and reviewing invoices to include parts warranty and core management efficiencies. 
  • Ensure proper parts coding to be compliant with VMRS standards. Develop and distribute cost reporting for inventories to site supervisors to ensure success of procurement program. 
  • Assist departments in coding of invoices and or payment terms as defined by organization. Establish department goals with assistance of management and peers, then drive process improvement to aid in completing said goals. 
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending and participating in appropriate training. Ensure company confidentiality.
