Position Summary
As an Associate Product Manager at Kantata, you will be pivotal in driving the delivery of high-quality, impactful product features. You will take ownership of product execution and delivery, innovate continuously, and ensure the adoption and impact of new features. This role requires a proactive approach to product management, thriving in a fast-paced environment, and a strong focus on customer and business value.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Own Product Execution & Delivery
- Take ownership of delivering key product features, ensuring they are high-quality, impactful, and delivered on time.
- Break down product initiatives into clear, actionable user stories and prioritize development cycles to maximize business and customer value.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, QA, and go-to-market teams to align on scope, execution, and release timelines.
- Contribute to Product Innovation
- Actively participate in strategic product discussions by sharing insights and customer-driven ideas that shape the roadmap.
- Work closely with senior product managers to identify gaps and opportunities in our products and processes.
- Bring a problem-solving mindset—testing new ideas, iterating on solutions, and pushing for continuous improvement.
- Drive Product Adoption & Impact
- Ensure successful feature launches by working with marketing and customer success teams to drive adoption and user engagement.
- Track the success of new features with key product metrics (e.g., adoption rates, customer satisfaction, and engagement).
- Use customer feedback and data insights to drive iteration and optimization of product experiences.
- Embrace Speed & Agility
- Work in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and execution speed matters.
- Quickly adapt to new information, make data-driven decisions, and push projects forward with urgency.
- Drive continuous process improvements to accelerate innovation and execution.
What You Bring To The Role
- 2+ years of experience in a product-related role, focusing on product delivery, project management, or agile execution.
- A high-energy, problem-solving mindset with a passion for making things happen.
- Ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities while staying focused on execution and results.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills—you thrive when working with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
- Analytical thinker who leverages data to inform decisions and iterate on solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP) and tools like Jira or Confluence.
Compensation
- The base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 USD - $105,000 USD.
- This position is eligible to participate in a Company Bonus Plan.

- This role is a remote role within the US.
- The employee will be working across multiple time zones.
