The Opportunity:

As a Marketing Operations Manager at Kantata, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing marketing automation systems to enhance lead management, streamline workflows, and improve customer relationship management. This role is crucial for scaling operations efficiently at Kantata and requires a subject matter expert who can manage significant projects independently and influence others regarding policies, practices, and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Technology Stack Management, Integration & Optimization:  Manage the selection, integration, and maintenance of marketing technology tools, including automation platform (Marketo), analytics tools, and data enrichment solutions. Ensure seamless integration between marketing tools and CRM (Salesforce) systems to maintain data integrity and optimize workflows.
  • Lead Management & Nurturing: Design and refine lead management processes to improve lead quality, ensure efficient routing, and enhance nurturing strategies that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Campaign Performance & Revenue Attribution: Analyze marketing campaign impact using attribution models to assess pipeline and revenue contribution. Implement multi-touch attribution strategies to improve ROI visibility and decision-making.
  • Workflow Automation & Efficiency: Leverage automation tools to streamline marketing and sales workflows, enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness in demand generation, lead handoff, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Data Analysis & Performance Reporting: Monitor system performance, campaign effectiveness, and marketing KPIs to generate actionable insights that guide strategic decisions and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Marketing Budget Planning & Optimization: Support the planning, tracking, and allocation of the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective spending and alignment with business objectives. Provide financial oversight for technology investments, campaign expenditures, and ROI measurement.
  • Database Management & Data Governance: Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and segmentation within marketing automation platforms. Implement best practices for data governance, enrichment, and compliance to optimize campaign targeting and personalization.
  • Compliance & Privacy Regulations: Maintain adherence to data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and enforce marketing consent management best practices. Collaborate with legal and security teams to ensure compliance across all marketing initiatives.
  • Process Documentation & Continuous Optimization: Develop and maintain standardized documentation for marketing processes, workflows, and best practices. Regularly assess and refine marketing operations to improve efficiency, scalability, and impact.
What You Bring To The Role

  • You bring a deep understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRM tools, with a proven track record of enhancing these systems in a SaaS environment.
  • You have extensive experience managing large-scale projects, with the ability to lead, delegate, and achieve strategic objectives effectively.
  • Your strong analytical skills enable you to interpret complex data, providing actionable insights that drive system improvements and business growth.
  • You are a natural leader, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies and optimize CRM practices.
  • Aligned with Kantata’s core values, you are passionate about innovation, continuous improvement, and pushing limits to explore big ideas.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing automation and CRM management, including at least 5 years in a position with similar responsibilities.

Compensation
  • The base salary for this position ranges from $110,000 - $130,000
  • This position is eligible to participate in a company bonus Plan.
