The Opportunity
The VP, Revenue Marketing is a pivotal role at the highest level of technical and strategic expertise. This position involves leading the operational marketing plan to deliver on pipeline and revenue targets, setting organizational strategy, and developing the skills and career paths of all team members. The role requires a seasoned expert with a deep understanding of modern digital strategy, engagement, performance, and Return on Investment metrics, and the ability to lead a team of marketing professionals to achieve key business metrics.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Demand Generation Strategies: Craft and implement comprehensive strategies for outbound and inbound demand generation to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Team Management: Oversee the end-to-end demand generation, digital, business development and ABM functions.
  • Digital Execution: Serve as the subject matter authority on modern techniques, while leading the inbound demand team with leading-edge strategies for SEO (including GenAI zero-click-search), ChatGPT, 6sense intent optimization, paid media, and more.
  • Campaign Management: Lead a high-performing team responsible for outbound marketing campaigns, including email marketing, outbound calling, direct mail, and digital advertising.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize analytics and data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign performance, targeting, and ROI.
  • Business Development: Ensure adoption of sales and BDR best practices, accountability, and outcomes across the BDR function.
  • Collaboration and Integration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure that lead generation activities are integrated with broader business development initiatives.
  • Strategic Leadership: Set the organization's strategy, staff for scale, and develop the skills and career paths of all team members.
  • Metrics, Attribution and Reporting: Own the analysis of performance, including rigorous tracking of KPIs,  multi-touch attribution, Return on Investment.  Provide regular reporting and analysis of performance to senior leadership.
  • Budget Management: Manage budget allocation across various channels and strategies for optimal mix..
  • Sales Pipeline: Be accountable for meeting/exceeding attainment of sales pipeline goals and leading indicators of demand.
  • Analytical Oversight: Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline and bookings.


What You Bring To The Role
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, MBA (Preferred qualification)
  • Professional Experience: Extensive experience in the B2B technology sector, specializing in crafting and implementing modern strategies that meet or exceed demand generation goals.  (15+ Years Preferred), ideally within a global marketing function.
  • Digital Domain Expertise: A deep understanding of leading-edge digital best practices and ability to continuously optimize for the rapidly changing digital landscape (GenAI zero-click-search, ChatGPT search, intent, etc).
  • Account Based Marketing: Ability to support modern ABM & ABX techniques and best practices.
  • Campaign Management: Demonstrates success in developing and executing campaigns that leverage multiple channels to drive significant, measurable results.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Proven track record in leading and nurturing high-performing teams to exceed organizational goals.  Experience in fostering a collaborative and motivating environment for team growth and development.
  • Business Development and Cross Functional Alignment: Skilled in driving connected and accountable strategies from marketing through to business development.
  • Technical Proficiency:  Proficient in using top marketing technologies like Marketo, HubSpot, 6sense and other modern tools.  Extensive experience with Salesforce, utilizing it to streamline customer relationship management processes.
  • Analytical Abilities: Excellent analytical skills, adept at analyzing data to derive actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.
  • Strategic and Innovative Thinking: Strategic thinker with a consistent focus on innovation and continuous improvement to achieve long-term success.
  • Performance Evaluation: Continuously evaluate pipe-to-spend and the performance and cost of acquisition, adjusting demand tactics and strategy accordingly.
  • Communication and Alignment: Drive clear and constant communication of goals and success metrics to the organization to ensure consistency and accountability with end-to-end reporting and analytics. Proficiency managing a highly distributed team, and an expert in driving cross-functional alignment.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Proven ability to manage budgets meticulously and prioritize resources to ensure optimal use and significant cost savings.
  • Personal Qualities: A highly motivated, visionary leader who is passionate about technology, growth, innovation, and team development.

Compensation
  • The base salary for this position ranges from $200,000 USD - $225,000 USD.
  • This position is eligible to participate in Company Bonus Plan
