What you’ll do    

  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Marketing, overseeing day-to-day coordination of digital advertising campaigns for new home communities
  • Manage and update company and third-party website content, MLS listings, and SEO campaigns, ensuring accurate and timely information dissemination
  • Assist an ad agency with the coordination and execution of emails to the community and purchased contact lists, ensuring effective communication strategies
  • Fulfill requests for special collateral and flyers, ensuring consistency and adherence to branding guidelines
  • Maintain and organize the ordering and asset library of completed home photography, as well as manage the procurement and staging of home furniture
  • Coordinate and oversee the activities of cleaners and landscapers for spec homes, ensuring that properties are prepared for sale, meeting high standards of presentation and readiness for prospective buyers
  • Stay abreast of new software and technologies, supporting and learning new tools as needed for efficient workflow
  • Assist with the coordination of both on-site and off-site special events or projects, occasionally requiring weekend and evening availability
  • Process invoices, performing tasks such as coding, matching, and verifying payment amounts to ensure accurate financial transactions

What you bring    

  • High School degree or GED required, preferably an Associate’s and/or Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 years’ experience in an Administrative/Coordinator type role in a business environment, preferably with an advertising or public relations firm
  • Should be able to perform basic website content updates
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel and PowerPoint. Ideal candidate will have some familiarity with Adobe Publisher, InDesign or Sitecore
  • Familiarity with the Google advertising and social media advertising platforms such as Facebook
  • Extremely well-organized, flexible, ability to prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and oral communication, with some copywriting a plus
  • Experience designing and blasting email marketing campaigns preferred
  • Available to travel to sites and other communities within the local market
  • Genuine desire to provide excellent customer service upon interaction with Homeowners
  • Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, creative, detail oriented with solid organizational, time management and follow up skills, and be personable with a can-do attitude
  • Demonstrate the ability to lift up to 50 lbs for tasks that require physical strength

  • Experience in the Adobe Suite software package preferred
