What we offer
Reporting to the Director of OneStream, the analyst administers and enhances the OneStream financial planning and reporting platform. This role independently configures application components, builds and supports dashboards and reporting models, and ensures stable operations through maintenance, testing, upgrades, and incident resolution. The position gathers and translates business requirements into technical solutions, supports integration and data quality controls, and delivers end-user training and documentation. Based out of our corporate office in Toronto, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to interact with Mattamy’s corporate and divisional finance leadership team and play an integral role in financial systems development and support.
What you’ll do
- Gathers, documents, and validates business requirements with Finance, Accounting, and IT SMEs
- Execute system upgrades, patches, and enhancement deployments, including test planning and validation
- Creates and maintains end-user documentation, training materials, and support procedures
- Analyzes, troubleshoots, and resolves OneStream incidents and defects, coordinating with vendors as needed
- Manages, troubleshoots, and resolves OneStream support tickets, including Data Management support with creation and maintenance of Data Management jobs, planning system seeding, allocations, and data/scenario copying
- Identifies and implements process improvements that increase platform efficiency, standardization, and user experience
- Proficiently facilitates business process requirement sessions using techniques to help define scope and requirements to continually improve and automate planning processes
- Investigates and resolves complex issues by contacting appropriate internal/external resources to analyze and develop solutions to issues or inquiries
What you bring
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, or Computer Science
- Experience in supporting and maintaining financial consolidation systems or financial planning systems (preferably OneStream)
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Demonstrated analytical ability and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work well in a team and independently
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to establish credibility, trust and build relationships with people at all levels of the organization
Bonus Points
- Proficient in the use of Business Intelligence Reporting Tools (i.e. OneStream, Hyperion, COGNOS, Business Objects)
Compensation
The expected base salary range for this position is $57,500 - $87,500. Actual pay may vary depending on your job-related knowledge, competencies, and skills. We recognize that exceptional situations may fall outside this range, and we encourage all interested candidates to apply.
You are also eligible to participate in Mattamy’s annual bonus program which gives you the opportunity to increase your total compensation if business and individual goals are achieved.
