What we offer

As the Marketing Manager you will assist the Director of Marketing as well as the sales team in managing and leading all Marketing initiatives.

 

What you’ll do

  • As a brand ambassador you have a deep understanding of our value proposition and unique differentiators.
  • Closely monitor campaign performance ensuring marketing campaigns deliver a return on investment.
  • Collaborate with Director of Marketing to implement data driven strategies. This includes the analysis of data from many sources including CRM and Google analytics and distilling it into actionable marketing intelligence to optimize lead conversion rates and sales goals.
  • Based upon competitive knowledge and thorough research, contributes market insights to the vision, strategic plan, and theme for each new community including the product, sales center, and model homes. 
  • Oversee planning and coordination of both internal and sponsorship events.
  • Manages community investment program.
  • Assists the Director, Marketing in preparation of fiscal marketing budget and tracking of marketing spending to stay on budget throughout the year; analysis of competitive ad exposure and spending to inform budget adjustments and future year spending needs.
  • In conjunction with external ad agency and corporate marketing, develops marketing and advertising plans for all new and existing communities, in accordance with ad spending thresholds.
  • Tracking, booking, and proofing for accuracy of weekly advertisements.
  • Coordination of signage locations and layout, as well as initiating design and installation.  
  • Obtains all necessary permits and ensures pristine condition of all signage over time.             
  • Coordination of all sales collateral material which includes:
    • Alerting Central Architecture of new project requirements
    • Coordinating with divisional staff on standard features
    • Tracking brochure layout progress with Ad Agency
    • Reviewing brochure layouts for accuracy of information and overall design intent in keeping with community theming and local information needs
    • Coordination of production of sales center site plan (plat map), including divisional or developer approval, delivery, and installation.
  • Coordination of sales center set-up including ordering of all furniture, propping, printed display pieces and their framing, and ensuring on-site dimensions for production and installation.
  • Assists in maintaining, updating, and coordinating divisional aspects of the company website, ensuring the information presented is accurate at all times. 
  • Stays current on industry trends by attending seminars, reading industry periodicals, talking with consultants, and staying involved with industry associations and events.
  • Coach and develop a team of direct reports.
  • Assists the Director, Marketing with other projects within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job.  

 

What you bring

  • University degree at the Bachelor level, preferably in Business or Marketing
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Marketing
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in management/leadership role preferred
  • Excellent strategic vision and people management skills
  • Ability to multi-task, recognize deadlines, and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive sourcing of information; ability to recognize and question dubious information
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and social skills
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Word and Excel, REMS, and knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
