What we offer
A fantastic opportunity to continue to grow your career in the Sales and Marketing function by supporting sales strategies through marketing coordination, market awareness, sales event support and more.
What you’ll do
- Upkeep of printing/copying of sales material – brochure handouts, community maps, etc.
- Assist with web site maintenance and updates as required.
- Proofing of brochures and upkeep of marketing collaterals.
- Coding departmental invoices and submitting for approval
- Support the Sales & Marketing team with weekly and monthly reports.
- Support the Sales & Marketing Manager and Specialists with new community phases/openings, new sales offices and new model homes.
- Support departmental initiatives to clearly set Homeowner Expectations and improve Customer Satisfaction
- Assist with ensuring sales offices and model homes are maintained in pristine condition. Visits to the sales offices and model homes as required.
- Assist and attend community events, sales openings (requires flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required)
- Updating reports, filing and other administrative duties as assigned
- Assist the Marketing Specialists with signage permit applications and coordination of installations.
- Liaise with internal departments across divisions, external ad agency and suppliers.
- Support and learn new software systems (JD Edwards, Site Core, DAM, DocuSign, DynaMX etc.)
- Assist with the creation and deployment of evites as needed.
What you bring
- Degree in Business or related area, with a focus in Marketing is preferred.
- Experience in a Coordinator role in a business or corporate environment
- Experience with Digital Media is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Must be detailed and thorough in execution of work.
- Flexible and creative problem solver
- Highly organized, able to multi-task and excellent management skills.
- Coordinate and motivate others toward a common goal.
- Demonstrates proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Adobe Illustrator.
- Ability to travel to various sites and Sales Offices
- Available for evening and weekend work as required.
