What we offer
As Senior Manager, Sales and Installation, you will lead end-to-end customer experience for SAMI’s prefabricated cabinetry products. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth, managing third-party installation teams, ensuring seamless delivery and installation to all of our clients and overseeing warranty fulfillment to uphold SAMI’s commitment to quality, innovation and operational excellence. You will work cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, logistics, and procurement teams to uphold SAMI’s commitment to quality, innovation, and operational excellence.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow SAMI’s cabinetry footprint by building new relationships and entering new markets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Build and manage relationships with external sales agents, clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborated with Cabinetry leadership and operations to align sales goals with production capacity and market demand.
- Lead installation operations, including scheduling, quality assurance, and coordination with installers.
- Lead and continuously improve white glove installation services, ensuring premium customer experience and high-quality execution.
- Resolve field issues and escalate systemic challenges to cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.
- Champion a customer-first approach by ensuring satisfaction from order to post-installation support.
- Implement performance metrics and feedback loops to measure customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee warranty and customer service representatives to manage inquiries, claims, and feedback loops.
- Partner with logistics, manufacturing, and design teams to ensure alignment between product readiness and field execution.
- Coach, mentor and train sales and installation teams on ways to improve their performance, improve customer satisfaction and achieve target sales goals.

What you bring
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Construction Management, Sales or related fields.
- 7-10 years of experience in sales and installation management within the cabinetry, furniture, or related industry.
- Proven ability to scale sales operations while maintaining service excellence.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and third-party contractors.
Bonus Points
- Strong understanding of modular construction or prefabricated building components.
- Experience within furniture manufacturing organizations
- Experience with ERP systems, installation scheduling tools and CRM platforms.
