What you’ll do  

• Answer all telephone calls and/or emails and respond to homeowner warranty related inquiries
• Responsible to relay messages and distribute warranty requests to appropriate personnel
• Explain warranty coverage and homeowner maintenance to homeowners
• Follow-up with homeowners regarding outstanding work and to ensure their satisfaction
• Respond to homeowner emergencies and homeowner walk-ins
• Research homeowner inquiries or concerns
• Prepare weekly reporting and Input warranty service requests
• Maintain warranty service requests
• Coordinate service orders with trades and ensure sign offs are received from trade partners and homeowners
• Prepare paperwork for service technicians

What you bring  

• High School degree or equivalent required
• Prior experience in Customer Service/Contractor Management
• Strong customer service skills in dealing with homeowners
• Must have ability to read and write in English at an intermediate level (Bilingual English/ Spanish is a plus)
• Ability to work at locations across the division, personal transportation and valid Driver’s License required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)

Bonus points  

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous experience in Customer Service related to the residential/commercial construction industry preferred
