What we offer

Under the direction of the Director of Corporate Marketing, the Manager of Digital Marketing is responsible for assisting the creation and implementation of marketing and branding strategies to enhance the value of the Mattamy brand across all Canadian divisions. The Manager will be responsible for the key areas: building the Mattamy Homes Canada (MHC) brand through increasing brand equity and raising awareness of the brand’s core differentiators; ensuring customer-centricity by engaging and generating positive customer interactions with the MHC brand throughout the homebuying journey; and establishing global processes with local knowledge to be leveraged across all of MHC’s Divisions for more an effective and efficient marketing strategy. This is an individual contributor role with significant influence across agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies that build brand equity, relevance and positive customer engagement across all customer segments.
  • Partner with agency teams and internal stakeholders to translate business objectives into effective creative and media strategies.
  • Plan, coordinate and manage campaigns across paid and owned channels, ensuring delivery on message, on time, and against defined KPIs.
  • Support the development of KPIs, track performance across all channels and use insights to optimize campaigns and improve effectiveness.
  • Prepare clear, actionable reporting for leadership, including insights and recommendations.
  • Steward the Mattamy brand by ensuring consistency of tone, creative quality, and brand standards across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
  • Support the creation and evolution of marketing tools, templates, toolkits and brand playbooks.
  • Manage and coordinate the development of content, including renderings, photography, video and presentations, ensuring best-in-class creative.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, agency partners, and external vendors to ensure strong brand understanding and consistent execution.
  • Stay current on marketing and media trends, tools, and best practices, championing a testandlearn mindset to drive ongoing optimization.

 

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+years of progressive experience in CPG brand, product manager or retail marketing with a strong understanding of the process of launching key initiatives from research to consumer marketing
  • Strong digital and paid media expertise, with experience planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns (search, social, display, video).
  • Strategic, data-driven mindset, with the ability to define KPIs, analyze performance, and turn insights into clear recommendations and optimizations.
  • Creative and content-savvy, with experience leading the development of marketing collateral, digital assets, photography, video, and presentations.
  • Brand-focused and detail-oriented, ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints.
  • Strong collaborator and communicator, comfortable working with agencies, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
  • Curious and forward-thinking, with a passion for testing, learning, and staying current on emerging media trends and tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solver with the ability to navigate ambiguity and recommend practical solutions.
  • Self-starter with strong ownership, comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM systems, email marketing/automation, DXP platforms (e.g., Sitecore), Google Analytics, SEO, and social media marketing

 

Bonus points

  • Experience in bigticket consumer purchases
  • Experience working in a matrixed or multiregion organization
  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping or lifecycle marketing

Experience managing creative or media agencies

Compensation

The expected base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $130,000. Actual pay may vary depending on your job-related knowledge, competencies, and skills. We recognize that exceptional situations may fall outside this range, and we encourage all interested candidates to apply.

You are also eligible to participate in Mattamy’s annual bonus program which gives you the opportunity to increase your total compensation if business and individual goals are achieved.
