What we offer
The New Home Real Estate Specialist plays a dynamic role supporting Sales Operations by leading key reporting, system support, policy development, and onboarding and training processes. This is a great opportunity for someone highly organized and detail-oriented who thrives in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment.
What you’ll do
- Research and maintain value graph inputs and competitor summaries across all Mattamy markets
- Monitor competitor activity and notify Sales teams of upcoming launches requiring on-site validation
- Visit competitor sales offices (as needed) to confirm pricing, product, and availability
- Support the rollout and testing of value graph systems
- Produce and distribute weekly sales reports to internal stakeholders and executive leadership
- Prepare and share competitor data reports with Sales and Head Office teams
- Coordinate onboarding and training schedules for New Home Sales Administrators and Advisors
- Manage setup, ordering, and orientation logistics for all new hires
- Review and approve office supply and snack/beverage orders for Sales Offices
- Assist with organizing and executing sales training sessions and events
- Work closely with the VP, Sales to support communication across GTA sales teams
- Assist the VP, Sales with special projects and operational initiatives as needed
What you bring
- Post-secondary education in business, real estate, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, coordination, or support roles
- Experience or strong interest in the homebuilding or real estate industry
- Comfortable working with data and reporting, with the ability to interpret trends
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Effective communicator with the ability to support onboarding and training initiatives, and work cross-functionally across teams
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and reporting systems
- Familiarity with DynaMX or similar CRM/ERP platforms is an asset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
Compensation
The expected base salary range for this position is $57,500 - $80,000. Actual pay may vary depending on your job-related knowledge, competencies, and skills. We recognize that exceptional situations may fall outside this range, and we encourage all interested candidates to apply.
You are also eligible to participate in Mattamy’s annual bonus program which gives you the opportunity to increase your total compensation if business and individual goals are achieved.
