What we offer
This is an opportunity to shape how one of Canada’s most recognized homebuilders connects with homebuyers across the country. As Manager, Digital Marketing, you’ll lead high-investment, integrated media initiatives across the full community lifecycle – from bringing new communities to market to supporting established communities – while strengthening the Mattamy brand. Working closely with our media agency, regional divisions, and internal partners, you’ll use performance and creative insights to turn business priorities into customer-focused campaigns that drive awareness, traffic, and qualified leads. As an individual contributor with significant influence, you’ll have the autonomy to make an impact while aligning regional teams and ensuring every campaign supports both immediate sales priorities and long-term brand growth.
What you’ll do
- Lead integrated paid media strategy across digital and traditional channels, driving awareness, traffic, and leads from new community launches through ongoing support for actively selling communities.
- Serve as the day-to-day lead for our media agency, managing briefs, campaign flighting, asset delivery, budget allocations, timelines, and performance against agreed KPIs.
- Serve as a central partner to regional Canadian divisions by coordinating launch timelines, gathering local market input, and aligning media plans with divisional sales goals and national brand standards.
- Monitor campaign performance across lead volume, lead quality, cost per lead, and upper-funnel brand objectives, translating results into optimizations and recommendations that improve business outcomes.
- Analyze creative asset performance across digital platforms, identify fatigue or underperformance, and collaborate with agency and internal partners to optimize messaging, formats, and creative variants.
- Steward the Mattamy brand by ensuring consistency of tone, creative quality, and brand standards across all marketing touchpoints, while supporting the evolution of marketing tools, templates, toolkits, and brand playbooks.
- Translate weekly and monthly campaign data into clear insights, concise performance summaries, and actionable recommendations for leadership.
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience managing integrated, multi-channel media campaigns, with a strong emphasis on performance marketing and lead generation, including leading agency partners through briefing, media plan evaluation, execution, and performance accountability.
- Deep expertise in performance digital channels, including Search, Paid Social, and Display, paired with working experience in broader awareness tactics such as OOH, DOOH, CTV, and Print.
- Experience evaluating campaign performance, defining KPIs, and optimizing based on data-driven insights.
- Proven success managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Experience using campaign analytics and marketing technology platforms to measure performance and inform decisions, including tools such as Google Analytics, CRM, email marketing, SEO, and social media platforms.
Bonus points
- Experience marketing high-consideration consumer products or services, such as homebuilding, real estate, automotive, or financial services.
- Experience supporting multiple markets or regional teams within a complex, matrixed organization, particularly where priorities, timelines, and local market needs must be balanced.
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping, lifecycle marketing, or campaigns that support customers from initial awareness through conversion and ongoing community sales.
- Exposure to brand tracking, creative testing, or upper-funnel measurement.
Compensation
The expected base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $130,000. Actual pay may vary depending on your job-related knowledge, competencies, and skills. We recognize that exceptional situations may fall outside this range, and we encourage all interested candidates to apply.
You are also eligible to participate in Mattamy’s annual bonus program which gives you the opportunity to increase your total compensation if business and individual goals are achieved.
We encourage applicants who meet most of the role requirements to hit that submit button and apply! It’s okay if you don’t have 100% of the requirements. If you’re the right candidate, we’ll help you learn and grow.
