The Marketing Activation Manager plays a pivotal role in driving pipeline growth and accelerating revenue across the APJ region. This role is responsible for executing integrated, multi-channel marketing programs that generate demand, engage target audiences, and convert interest into qualified pipeline.
You will partner closely with regional and global stakeholders to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across a diverse marketing mix. This includes ownership of campaign execution, third-party lead generation programs, and ongoing performance analysis to ensure continuous improvement and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Integrated Campaign Execution
- Support the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns across channels including digital, webinars, events, email, direct mail, and web.
- Develop and refine campaign landing pages and creative asset packages to ensure strong engagement and conversion.
- Establish campaign targets and ensure alignment with Sales, Global Demand Generation, and Product Marketing (PMM).
- Build and execute a comprehensive demand generation promotion plan, including identifying always-on channels and platforms.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and workflows to ensure seamless execution.
Content, Speaker & Event Support
- Manage speaker nomination, confirmation, and briefing processes for campaigns and events.
- Support executive keynotes and breakout sessions, ensuring alignment with campaign messaging and goals.
- Oversee customer and partner speaker preparation, including briefing, presentation reviews, and content quality control.
- Coordinate recording sessions and manage post-production processes such as video editing and asset finalization.
- Provide live event support, including managing technical resources, run-of-show timelines, and troubleshooting.
Pipeline Growth & Sales Alignment
- Drive pipeline generation by executing programs that deliver leads, MQLs, and revenue opportunities.
- Partner with Sales, SDRs, and country marketing teams to align on campaign goals and follow-up strategies.
- Track lead progression and ensure timely follow-up, visibility into lead status, and pipeline contribution.
Third-Party Lead Generation Programs
- Manage third-party demand generation initiatives, including sponsored content and webinars.
- Align targets, budgets, and strategy with broader demand generation campaigns and regional priorities.
- Coordinate with vendors on asset delivery, timelines, and weekly lead generation performance.
- Conduct weekly lead upload checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor ROI and performance of third-party programs, identifying optimization opportunities.
Performance Analytics & Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI across all channels.
- Conduct ongoing campaign gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
- Deliver regular reporting to stakeholders, clearly communicating results, learnings, and next steps.
Asset Management & Localization
- Integrate new global and regional assets into APJ campaign plans, ensuring alignment with demand generation strategy and country needs.
- Partner with regional teams (e.g., Korea and Japan) to support localization requirements and market relevance.
- Work with localization vendors to adapt content, including subtitling and AI-driven voiceover production.
- Consolidate and promote visibility of campaign assets across countries to maximize adoption and impact.
- Identify opportunities to feature and rotate APJ-relevant assets within broader campaign strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management
- Collaborate with global campaigns, regional marketing, digital, content, and operations teams to deliver integrated programs.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Act as a central point of coordination across internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
- Continuously identify process improvements and scalable best practices.
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5+ years of experience in demand generation, integrated marketing, or digital marketing in a high-growth environment.
- Proven ability to execute multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting, dashboard creation, and performance optimization.
