Maintain and update curated playbooks for small- and medium-scale events such as:

Ensure all approved marketing assets are current, compliant, and easily customizable for rep-led sessions, including solution-specific pitch decks.
Maintain an up-to-date roster of technical experts and cross-functional stakeholders to support speaker requests.
Act as the primary point of contact for Sales teams using the Event Toolkit and field inquiries regarding planning and execution.

2. Event Logistics & Resource Coordination

Serve as the primary operational partner for Sales, guiding them through end-to-end marketing and logistical tasks using the activation program's framework.
  • Oversee the self-service swag portal, ensuring compliance with corporate gift and promotional policies and monitoring inventory
  • Support hardware/device selection and sourcing to ensure demo equipment is secured at least three weeks prior to event dates
  • Manage return shipping and tracking of high-value demo equipment and booth kits to ensure assets are refurbished and redeployed efficiently
  • Support demo request workflows, confirming accurate messaging and product demonstrations at least two weeks prior to event dates
  • Facilitate brand transitions, ensuring teams use approved interim materials during brand updates

3. Planning & Process Oversight

Guide Sales through required approval workflows, including review of master event trackers and manager approvals prior to event launch.
Partner with cross-functional teams to support:
  • Customer entertainment approvals
  • Complex hardware loan requests
  • High-touch hospitality needs
Host recurring office hours and training sessions to increase program adoption and ensure Sales proficiency in using the toolkit.
Establish a structured feedback loop with Field Marketing to identify gaps and continuously refine event playbooks based on performance insights.

4. Measurement, ROI & Lead Management

Own the post-event lead management process, ensuring all leads are:
  • Collected
  • Cleaned
  • Submitted for CRM upload
Monitor Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) flow and ensure adherence to defined Sales follow-up SLAs.
Track and report on event performance metrics, including contribution to pipeline and overall program impact.

Required Qualifications

Experience:
3–5 years in Marketing Project Management, Field Marketing, or Event Operations.
