Marketing Strategy and Funnel Analytics Program Manager

We are seeking a Program Manager to partner closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams. This role serves as a strategic and operational partner responsible for driving marketing performance through data analysis, funnel optimization, and structured program execution.
The position combines marketing analytics, program management, and strategic planning support. The ideal candidate can translate marketing data into actionable insights, help structure and execute strategic initiatives, and provide operational leadership across key marketing programs.
This individual should be comfortable operating as a trusted strategic partner to marketing leadership, helping translate ideas into structured plans, aligning teams around execution, and ensuring marketing initiatives move forward efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Funnel Analysis & Conversion Optimization
Own the data and analysis that drive improvements across the marketing and sales pipeline.
- Track leads, MQLs, opportunities, and conversions across segments, account tiers, and sources.
- Analyze funnel performance to identify conversion gaps and recommend solutions.
- Build and maintain marketing funnel dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
- Translate raw data and analytics into clear business insights and recommendations.
- Partner with marketing and sales development teams to understand pipeline challenges and improve lead quality, handoff processes, and conversion performance.
- Maintain and analyze marketing data to identify opportunities for growth, engagement, and targeting within the existing database.
- Support leadership with data-driven insights related to marketing performance and pipeline health.
Marketing Program Management & Strategic Initiatives
Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives that improve marketing performance and operational scale.
- Plan and manage strategic marketing initiatives from concept through execution.
- Define project scope, milestones, success metrics, and timelines for key programs.
- Manage dependencies and cross-functional coordination across marketing, sales development, and related teams.
- Facilitate working sessions and recurring meetings to drive progress and accountability.
- Track project progress and provide updates to leadership.
- Identify process gaps and implement new frameworks, workflows, or operating models to improve efficiency.
Strategic Marketing Operations Support
Serve as a strategic operational partner to marketing leadership.
- Support marketing leadership with strategic planning, operational execution, and program oversight.
- Help translate ideas, strategies, and initiatives into structured plans, documentation, and execution roadmaps.
- Prepare data summaries, presentations, and briefing materials for leadership discussions and business reviews.
- Assist with marketing planning cycles and performance reviews by developing supporting analysis and reporting.
- Work within marketing dashboards and reporting systems to monitor performance and inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategy and pipeline funnel mechanics.
- Prior marketing experience or background in marketing operations, demand generation, or growth marketing strongly preferred.
- Experience working with marketing analytics, dashboards, and funnel reporting tools.
- Proven ability to analyze marketing performance data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
- Experience collaborating with sales development or revenue teams to improve pipeline performance.
- Strong program and project management skills, including managing timelines, stakeholders, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to work between strategic planning and hands-on operational execution.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with experience working with senior stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets and data analysis tools.
