Summary:

 

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the HR, Communications and Strategy & Development departments within our corporate headquarters. Our ideal candidate has experience supporting multiple departments, including HR.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Order and maintain office supply inventory
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and payment requests; Assist with tracking department expenses
  • Collect, distribute, and send department mail; Prepare written communications and correspondence
  • Organize and maintain files; Aid team members by copying and binding work product
  • Field inquiries from various parties and direct them to appropriate POC
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR or business-related field or equivalent experience preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Highly proficient in MS Office suite
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accurate work product
  • Ability to work efficiently with managers and employees at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sense of urgency, with results orientation and high degree of confidentiality
  • Ability to work with minimal supervisor
