Intern, Supply Chain/Shared Services
Description
- Participate in projects focused on process development, improvement, root cause analysis, and other problem-solving needs
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities
- Support supplier onboarding and maintain accurate vendor master data
- Assist with invoice matching and resolution of transaction discrepancies with suppliers
- Support the maintenance and optimization of procurement and financial systems
- Perform all activities in accordance with the Company’s Mission, Vision and Values, and in compliance with the Company’s policies, procedures and Code of Ethical Business Conduct
- Opportunity to work on real business challenges and automation initiatives
- Improve team collaboration, leadership, and networking
- Increase proficiency with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and ERP systems
- Navigate stakeholder groups and learn situational leadership techniques to build effective relationships
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, business administration, supply chain or related field
- Ability to research and learn independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret and leverage data effectively
- Organized and detail oriented with ability to manage tasks and timelines
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
