Customer Service Site Representative

Position Summary
This is a skilled position with a primary responsibility to be a Customer Service Representative to our concrete finishers. This will require the candidate to be bi-lingual.
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Prior experience (1-3 yrs) with Command Series order entry.
- Ability to read and write short correspondences, and memos.
- Ability to add, subtracts, multiply and dived in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Provide assistance with orders for non-English speaking customers.
- Have a pleasant and accommodating voice and professional attitude with all customers on job sites.
- Develop a positive rapport with finishers and ready mix drivers, dispatchers, and sales team.
- Solve problems in a timely manner while fostering lasting business relationship with our customer.
- Must be familiar finding jobsites and helping our drivers get in and out of the jobs safely.
- Must be able to determine travel time to jobs and best plant locations to service the job.
- Able and willing to work overtime and varying shifts including early mornings, late afternoons, and Saturdays.
- Record accurate delivery and product information to dispatch, negotiates delivery times with Customers. Attention to Detail is imperative.
- Must be able to perform long hours, while multitasking between dispatch, drivers and customers. May be required to stand for long periods of time.
- Computer skills; to perform this job successfully, an individual should be able to type and use keyboards accurately and have knowledge of Database software (Command Alkon); Internet software; Order processing systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.

Education and/or Experience
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Prior experience (1-3 yrs) with Command Series order entry, tracking and scheduling is a plus.
