Shared Services Analyst

Summary:
To enhance our Shared Services function, we are seeking an Analyst to support Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Procurement by delivering data driven insights, identifying process improvement opportunities, and enabling automation initiatives. This role partners across finance, procurement, and information services teams to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen controls, and standardized processes across the enterprise.

- Evaluate and recommend new approaches and procedures that result in process improvements and efficiency.
- Perform complex research and resolution of unapplied cash, invoice discrepancies, and payment exceptions.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external customers/suppliers to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate processing of cash application and supplier payments with strong internal controls, and quality support.
- Support internal and external auditors’ requests, including research and analysis of audit requests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Document processes, controls, and standard operating procedures to support SOX compliance and audit readiness
- Comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for financial statements.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
- 3 years of general accounting experience preferred (strong background in reconciliation activity is essential).
- Experience in Shared Services, AP, AR, Procurement, or related finance operations
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Experience using ERP systems (e.g., JD Edwards, Oracle) and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of High Radius cloud-based solutions is a plus.
- An analytical, detail-oriented, problem solver who works well as part of a team and independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with process automation tools and continuous improvement methodologies preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work with a wide range of both internal and external customers.
- Ability to multi-task and produce accurate and timely results.
