Job Description

Customer Service Associate

Darshan Lad, ACC Manager

Line Management Responsibilities:

NA

 

Main Purpose:

Employee will be responsible to handle all customer service-related tasks.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

 

  1. Monitor all Marken shipments within the network.
  2. Ensure to update all Maestro milestones timely.
  3. Coordinate all VIP shipments and ensure the agreed TAT are met.
  4. Follow up on missing shipments within the network.
  5. Run daily report for any outstanding shipments.
  6. Run daily report to capture all information on Maestro.
  7. Assist all APAC branches with the daily Post flight checks.
  8. Attend calls and customer request for APAC branches in their out of office hours.
  9. Ensure all pre alerts on Maestro are acknowledged by branches and agents.
  10. Monitor shipments for any new clients to provide extra safety net.
  11. Check and update daily bulletin for all Marken offices to capture any news that affect the Marken network.
  12. Update and send starter packs to sites if requested.

 

General

 

  1. Employee will be responsible for all kinds of follow ups for all regions as directed by the line manager from time to time.
  2. To adhere to all company Policies at all times.
  3. To undertake any other reasonable duties at the request of the Line Manager.

  • The candidate must have the basic knowledge of MS Office and MS outlook
  • The candidate must have the basic knowledge of MS Office

Skills and Abilities

  • The candidate must have the good verbal and written communication skills, Data entry skills, Analyzing Information, Reporting skills, Managing processes, Customer focus and Multi-tasking
  • Assist manager in existing process improvements, Ability to lead and manage the team

Experience

  • Experience with customer service in any field.
  • Must have worked in similar position for at least six months, preferably in logistics firm.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any field
  • Graduate / bachelor’s degree/ diploma in any field
